Insights to Action

Applying our signature Charrette process that fully integrates acquired in-depth understanding of consumers/users' needs, desires and pains as well as input from key stakeholders we orchestrate and moderate participatory, interactive workshops to translate insights and needs into business relevant alternative solutions and design opportunities for growth and successful innovation. This approach entails:

  • Comprehensively integrating core elements affecting customers’ needs, such as competition and trends.
  • Capturing all user groups’ and stakeholders’ perspectives.
  • Exploring and addressing vital challenges, such as the need for organizational alignment and/or cultural change.

This participatory, results-oriented team process is focused on problem-solving and is based on intensive brainstorming, rapid prototyping and feedback loops. The outcome of this step is a novel prototype solution (e.g. concept, experience, and communication package or physical prototype) that is both consumer-driven and consumer validated.
